HR Manager - SP

Manager HR1
HR1 team management Latin America, aligned global guidelines. HR1 segregation of care by divisions and countries by answering scale: Divisions Brazil; LSG Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
Management of T & E policies, keep complience with Concur policies and accounts payable.
Working closed with the Human Resources team, Latam, improving processes, implementing policies and support the communications plan benefits harmonized.
Keep on tracking the monthly payroll processing ADP schedule aligned with the deadlines set by business, for each group, division, country or business group.
Workflow Management produced by HR1 team, lined the guidelines , eg annual holiday flow, payments via HSBC, concur, social charges, workday, etc.
Responsible for managing the metrics of KPIs HR1, eg Overtime, Absenteeism, Payroll, Health costs, turnover, etc.
Participate in internal meetings related to the closing of the accounting and finance areas, as well as the presentation of metrics.
Management of third-party contracts, temporary work, effective CLT and labor assignment.
To monitor, settle and represent the company to labor with the Law.
Standardize HR1 and increase the service range of countries providing uniform solutions , eg payment dates, vacations flow and approvals workday, control at the point of registration, benefits, etc.
Always perform when needed the supervision of the operation of the HR1, in analyzes of payroll, payroll taxes, provisions, ancillary obligations, not limited and not limited to any operation and can go up and down in the process as a whole.
focal point in serving the Leadershipteam to HR1 solutions, to clarify doubts and conduct of the operation, whether operational or strategic nature, since it aligned with the Controller Latin America.
Management of the services provided by the payroll provider ADP, can schedule meetings for operational and strategic alignment, whenever necessary and in line with the Controller Latin America and the business needs.
Responsible for the leadershipteam onboarding, training of HR1 solutions for integration, policy clarification and operational data.
Ensure that all operational produced worked and intellectual nature of HR1, is validated and in line with best practice with the labor laws of the countries where the HR1 has service scale.
Ensure the compliance of launches in Workday by all employees.
Ensure that controls and check-list of payments generated by the HR1 (invoices of medical plans, occupational medicine, ADP, employers' social security contributions and payroll taxes) are aligned and in compliance with internal policies.
