Be the liaison with the HR Tech & Services area, assuring alignment within HR team and prioritization of plans, actions with a strong connection with the headquarters.
Track and lead the analysis by the HR team of the people KPIS providing reports, assuring people scorecard consistency and providing insights for BPs and specialists.
Assure labor compliance and manage eventual labor liabilities proposing solutions to solve issues reactive and in a proactive way.
Lead the Union Strategy and Union Relations team assuring strong communication within HR and business.
Understand the people strategy and define the plan and critical processes that need to be prioritized or created.
Qualificações
Assure operational excellence in HR activities, mainly through the shared services organization and establish process for a better functionality and strategic perspective of the team and decisions to be made.
