Overview
This is a critical role in driving recruiting success at several different national schools in Brazil. This role will work closely with the Manager of Recruiting and a team of consultants to hire the best talent, as well as strengthen and develop McKinsey’s brand on campus.

Detailed Description
To allow for maximum professional growth and development during the first year of this new team structure, This open position will report to the current Manager of Recruiting. The long-term vision is that this role will move into true co-leadership of the Campus Recruiting team. This new model places a high premium on collaboration and teamwork, the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic working environment and lastly, the ability to simultaneously manage the big picture as well as the detailed execution of the recruiting strategy. This individual will be an integral member of McKinsey’s campus recruiting team, the São Paulo Office recruiting team, and the Latin American Recruiting Community
