Your typical day will include•You will connect HRBP with the local or regional business, deliver support to/execute on behalf of HRBP in rolling out processes/tools and drive
•Solve tactical HR tasks in locations/regions. Ensure organizational aspects and processes to be considered when implementing HR decisions in locations/regions
•Ensure smooth functioning of organization in close collaboration with HR Operations, CoE and HRBP
•Contribute towards recruitment, development and retention of great colleagues and make innovation work
What we look for•Bachelors degree specialized in Psychology or Business Administration
•Experience working in a country/regional matrixed or otherwise complex environment
•Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
•Experience in process implementation, change management, leading transformation processes and manage resistance
•Proven coaching, relationship building and cross functional influencing skills
•Open minded, flexible, proactive with a strong sense of urgency
•Solution oriented (do NOT over complicate things)
